For messaging we collect your name, mobile number, email address, company, and details of the vehicles we service, in order to repair your vehicles and send the service messages you asked for. Consent. If you give us your mobile number — on our contact or estimate form, in person at the shop, or by texting us first — you agree that we may send you text messages about your vehicle and your service. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase or service.

What we send. Messages relate to your request or repair: appointment scheduling and reminders, estimate follow-ups, repair status updates, and notice that your vehicle is ready for pickup. Message frequency varies based on your service.

Costs. Message and data rates may apply. Charges come from your mobile carrier, not from us.

Opting out. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts from us. Reply HELP for help, or call us at (650) 360-0199. Opting out of text messages does not stop us from reaching you by phone or email about your vehicle.

How we handle your mobile number. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information — including your mobile phone number — with third parties for their marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are never shared with anyone for marketing. We share your number only with the messaging and hosting providers who deliver and store these messages for us, under contracts that limit them to that purpose, and where required by law.

Delivery. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
